Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The only exception is garments that have been altered, such as hemming or other adjustments.

Returns and Costs

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or the order has been packed incorrectly.

For orders within Sweden, we can provide a return label for 50 SEK. Please fill in the orderform and write in the comment section to arrange this.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent as parcels, not against postal deposit.

All items must be returned in original condition, complete with labels and packaging. Once the item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please fill in the return form and mark it as a exchange.
We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Bespoke and Made to Measure

Bespoke garments and made to measure pieces are produced to your individual specifications and are therefore non-returnable.

We take great care during the fitting and production process to ensure the correct result. Should any adjustments be required upon delivery, we will of course assist with alterations to achieve the intended fit.
